This episode features a review of the Paizo module From Shore to Sea, initially developed through Open Design and written by Brandon Hodge. As always, we deal with listener mail and update our charity drive, Gamers Without Borders. In the Character Concept Workshop, Research and Azmyth present a 10 foot tall, scythe wielding, barbarian dervish of death, known as Big Grimm. On the Monster Mash, Mark converts the Mythos inspired Byakhee and the classic Umber Hulk. The inaugural segment of the Deck of Many Things examines Light and Darkness in Pathfinder RPG. Of course, module author Brandon Hodge joins us for interviews on both the Companion and Chronicles side of the podcast. Steel_Wind finishes the show with a spoilerific breakdown of the Mythos themed module, From Shore to Sea.

Hmmm.
I heard a rumor circulating around the Chronicles' studio...

'From Shore to Sea' is a stand alone 32 pg module, so the associated
episode would naturally be shorter in duration. Right?!

Brandon was a great guest and we are big fans of the module!

Hope you Enjoy it!

Man...I sure can talk...alot. Especially when it comes to game design.

But if you are a GM gearing up to run Shore to Sea, it is WORTH THE LISTEN! Lots of good info!

The half-orc PC build is killer, and the monsters rock!!!

Liberty's Edge

It was great having you on the podcast Brandon.

As you noted during your interview on Episode #009 of Chronicles: PFPC, due to space considerations, a very useful sidebar was cut from the final published version of the module, From Shore to Sea.

The Ten Interesting Ruins sidebar is a companion entry to the random encounters chart on the island and should inspire GMs to create ten new encounters and buildings to investigate on the island of Nal-Kashel.

We've packaged up the sidebar information and have made it available to community members here as a free .pdf.

A special thanks to Brandon Hodge, Wolfgang Baur of Open Design and F. Wes Schneider of Paizo Publishing for permitting us to make this free webextra available to the Pathfinder community.

I'd be remiss to not give credit to my patrons for the lion's share of those contributions -they did a fantastic job!

Any chance for From Shore to Sea to become a premise for a series? An adventure path to deal with secrets of underground ruins?

Regards,
Ruemere

So I posted a similar request in another thread, but I am really hoping to get my hands on the "10 Interesting Ruins" sidebar web extra. Has it been taken down or is just not available? All of the links seem to be bad...
