I was wondering if anyone knew exactly which Dungeon Adventures magazines had the PDF Map and Handout Supplements with them. I had a subscription to Dungeon right up until the end (#150) and I know that some of the issues came with the extra PDF, but Im wondering which ones Im possibly missing.

I think it was all the Dungeon issues with Age of Worms and Savage Tide content, which would be 124 onwards. Not 100% sure though.
Here is where those downloads have been collected.
Unfortunately, the license to create PDF versions of both Dragon and Dungeon ran out/was yanked by WotC earlier than the one to continue publishing the magazines in dead tree format (that went until the end of the Savage Tide adventure path). So the PDF versions of the magazines only went up to Dungeon 139 (first instalment of the Savage Tide) and Dragon 345, while the dead tree versions went until Dungeon 150 and Dragon 359. On the other hand, the free map/picture downloads went until Dungeon 147 (I read somewhere that Paizo simply ran out of time/work hours before the licenses expired).
