Feats or abilities that increase reach?

Is anyone aware of any feats, class features or abilities that increase a character's natural reach? I know there is the 2nd Level "Morphic Reach" feature from the War Shaper PrC, and a 10th Level Summoner could increase his own reach by applying an eidolon evolution to himself. And, of course, there are polymorph spells, lycanthropy and so on that can potentially increase reach, but are there any ways I haven't thought of, especially at lower levels? One of my players is asking, and I am allowing them to use WotC sourcebooks, D&D Wiki (on a case-by-case basis) as well as Pathfinder sourcebooks.

I'm unaware of a combat feat that allows you to extend your reach.

However, there is the Throwing magical enhancement from the Pathfinder core rules.

Quote:

Throwing: This ability can only be placed on a melee

weapon. A melee weapon crafted with this ability gains a
range increment of 10 feet and can be thrown by a wielder
proficient in its normal use.

It's only a +1 equivalent bonus, too. (Fighter in my current campaign has this on his Aldori dueling sword)

There is also the Hand of the Apprentice class ability from the Pathfinder core rules for a Universalist Wizard.

Quote:

Hand of the Apprentice(Su): You cause your melee weapon

to fly from your grasp and strike a foe before instantly
returning to you. As a standard action, you can make a single
attack using a melee weapon at a range of 30 feet. This attack
is treated as a ranged attack with a thrown weapon, except
that you add your Intelligence modifier on the attack roll
instead of your Dexterity modifier (damage still relies on
Strength). This ability cannot be used to perform a combat
maneuver. You can use this ability a number of times per
day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

Finally, there is the Reach Spell feat from Complete Divine. It allows you to assign a spell with a range of Touch to a 30 ft ray.

There is a few feats.

1) Inhuman Reach increases reach by 5 feet. Requires Abberant blood feat. Lords of Madness source.
2) Deformity Tall: requires Willing deformity( Source Heroeds of Horror). Also increases reach by 5 ft.
3) Extended Reach (savage Species). Requires tentacle-like arm (need Inhuman reach if humanoid). Adds +5 feet.
4) Lounging Strike PHB 2: Full rd action, adds 5 feet.

So far, you have 20/25 feet reach: 5 + 5+ 5 +5/+5 =20/25.

Psionics:
1) Extend Weapon: Dur 1 rd, 2nd level lurk/Psi Warr power.
Adds 5 feet to reach (doesn't multiply due to size as an exception if using a reach weapon). Augmenting: increases duration.

I think that is it besides ones you mentioned.
