Is Minkan a official language? I'm under the impression that is, and that it is spoken in the area of Tian Xi, but I can't pin that down. Does anyone know what book this might be presented in?
i beleive it is. it was referenced in the original pathfinder campaign setting somewhere. the 3.5 version of the inner sea volume. which is out of print. the same one where leaf armor was actually worthwhile. i hate the nerf to that armor. twas a rogue's best friend, before the nerf. now it's just an extremely overpriced suit of studded leather.
