Help with Map of Mystery

In what issue of Dungeon did the Map of Mystery with the observatory appear? I can't seem to find anythign lately.

The "House of Broken Minds" had a sort of observatory, as I recall. That was around April or May of 2006, I think.

Issue #135, perhaps?

That would probably be the one. There are a couple other "arcane society" ones (#140, 132, 99), but if you specifically want the observatory or some other feature of that particular map, then you want the one Chris named.
