Stat this Mini

I picked up a few of this guy (alternate link) a while back just because it's a cool mini, but I don't think I've ever seen any d20 creature of a similar description.

Got any ideas? Homebrewed or professional.

Y'know...that actually looks a lot like a spell weaver, from Shackled City...lemme see if I can find where the stats are.

EDIT: Monster Manual 2, pg. 187. It's a bit different, but pretty close...that could easily be like, a half-fiend one or something.

Spell weavers have six arms, looks like. Still, good call.

Yeah, they do, but the other pair would be in the largish area that's empty on the mini's torso. Maybe this one lost a pair of arms in an unfortunate incident with a cursed robe of blending? ^_-

Fully statted-up in Children of the Void - you can do the Pathfinder conversion.

Cool race to play, have to be a game starting about level 8 (eight hit dice).
