My order was shipped on 8/10, and I still have not received it. Worst of all I have e-mail customer service about it multiple times and was told to wait longer the first time and have gotten no response the others. I just want the book that I paid for, or at least a response from you saying that you are looking into why I have not received my book. I don't think this is too much to ask.

We generally ask customers who experience a delay in shipping times, to wait a bit longer as "missing" packages almost always show up either at their destination or shipped back to us after a delay. At this point, the order should definitely have shown up by now and I have set up a replacement of the order to ship out as soon as possible.
I apologize for the delayed response to your emails. As we are preparing for the monthly subscription shipments for the Adventure Paths, we have a lot of requests and are running a bit behind.
