Ok several things first the PDF proofing copy is in the hands of patrons

The preorder for the print copy from Cubicle 7 will include the Final PDF
Preorder HERE and we have made the print copy part of the bits and mortar's project so if you get a print copy you can get a pdf copy.
And I am very happy to announce we are still on schedule for the print release in November.
