PFS in Germany

I know I have seen it somewhere, but cannot find the thread anymore, where Joshua announced the offical dates for PFS cons in Germany. As I will travelling to Germany in late autumn, I want to schedule my time over there around these days, so can soemone please point to it? Thanks.

Was this answered somewhere else?

No, still hoping for an answer.

I posted the dates I was going to be in Germany in July, but I don't have dates posted for cons this fall. Have you tried the event locator?

Have tried it, but there are often smaller cons, which probably don't list here. But thanks anyway to check, hope I find something. Are you gonig to be at the Spiel in Essen?

I don't think that the Spiel in Essen is a good place for Pathfinder. I#m a regular visitor - only missed it twice in the last 25 years - but I don't recall any true roleplay going on at the fair.

Boardgames - great. Lots of opportunity to play - often even with the authors. Roleplay - great to buy stuff - less of a con for gaming. So my best suggestion would be - try to get people interested here.

I'm not sure I will manage to be in Essen this year. There will be two of us from my gaming group - a friend and colleague - and either myself or my wife. Who is going depends on work. I had planned to go - but my department put in an important meeting that conflicts.

If I go I could volunteer to GM in the evening - likely at a hotel in Herne where we tend to stay since a few years as a group. If my wife goes - you might have to organize a GM (or do GMing yourself) - but I could encourage two players to show up.

I'm just back from Germany (Frankfurt area) - I tried to find a game while being there for two weeks as a player or GM - but no success.

A lot depends on local enthusiasts who get the ball rolling. Where in Germany are you?

Edit: Oops - just reread the first message. Seems you only travel for a limited time. That will make it tough. Hopefully by then there should be a German co-ordinator - but ideally he should have answered here already.

I wish I could make Spiel every year (I've only been once and that was back in 2007), but alas it's terribly expensive to get there.

I'm also of the opinion that unless the show has changed significantly since '07, it's not really a good RPG show.
