I have my own group the Grifin Guard, a meta-setting group that's built around the idea of the "Dirty Dozen" but in D&D terms. Basically, they are ex-cons, nobels looking for a life away from the family, outsiders looking for acceptance, etc giving a chance for 5 years of service under dread oaths to the nation they serve. They swear not to interfere in politics and hunt monsters, evil magic, and supernatural threats. And the end of their 5 year term they're giving money, lands, and a small commishion. (Or their record cleaned if prior criminal records/issues.)
After glancing over the Wiki, Taldor seems the best place for this group but I don't want to step on the conceptual toes of any organization already in existance there. Who would make a great patron to sync this group up with in your opinion?
