Sold my ride for some books

Paizo General Discussion

Just sold my old car, not for a trade in, but for cash. What am I going to do with that cash, buy Piazo Pathfinder products. APG here, GMG there, Kingfinder Campaign if the money's still there.

So you sold your car and all the cash you got buys you is a few books?

Looks like it was time to get rid of that death trap, anyway ;-P

Sold it for scrappage? Because that sounds like you barely got more than 200 dollars.

I bet he sold more out of annoyance than anything else.

"I'll take a pair of windscreen wipers for the car"
"Sounds like a fair deal!"

If that happens to you all the time, you start getting second thoughts about your car. ;-P

I've done this before as well. Back in 98 I bought a better car and sold the old one for scrap. I got $150 for it. And I spent it all on RPGs.

Wow, I wasn't even allowed to drive in 98.

Was it one of those motor-cars, or was it still drawn by some horses? I mean, that's practically jurassic! :P

It was one of those old "T-Model" fords. The kind you had to crank start with a giant crank attached to the front of the engine block.

BTW, how old (YOUNG) are you KaeYoss?

I rode a triceratops in 1989. That or a Honda Civic, can't remember, getting forgetful in my...what were we talking about?
