For your consideration:
A sheet to keep track of player's Hit Points and core stats so that the GM may, at his discretion make save or skill checks without the players knowing the results.
Sometimes, as a gm, I would like to have players make skill checks or saves but I do not want them to know what they are checking. Using this sheet, I can ask them to roll a d20, look up the appropriate stat/skill and know the result. The only thing the player knows is that SOMETHING may have happened, but the chances of them meta-gaming what happened is reduced.
This sheet allows me to know what a players stats are. Each block is broken into three areas, an area for core stats, an area to keep track of current hit points, and an area for recording a players skill values that I might want to roll 'behind the screen'
I hope other find this useful.

Sure seems simpler then what I do, thanks!
My linked method is for online games though, which are a lot easier to keep track of. I use a similar method for my one in person game, but stripped out of a lot of the gear-tracking and such. Your sheet would be much simpler for the live game.
