I received my subscription shipment today and I had some damaged items. All the paperback books in the order had their corners severely smashed. The damaged products were AP 36 & 37, orcs of golarion, and module From Shore to Sea. The maps and Advanced players guide were undamaged. Damaged products are untypical from you guys as this is the first order ive had problems with.
I have also noticed that the monte cook module is not in my subscriber shipment schedule.

I've set up replacements for the damaged items to be shipped with your next subscription. In the meantime, if possible, could you send digital images of the damaged products (including packaging if possible) as it helps us get a better understanding of how packages and products get damaged going through the postal system.
