Hello again everyone, I was just curious, is Oleg's Post in Brevoy or the Stolen Lands?
To the best of my knowledge, it's technically in Brevoy due to the fact that it is located along the South Rostland Road and Rostland is part of Brevoy. However, where Brevoy ends and the "Stolen Lands" begin is somewhat up for debate.

i will probably just let them claim that hex if they want to then... i think i will have an event when they reach kingdom size where an envoy of brevoy comes down and pretty much they argue about where the borders exactly are, and have opposed checks as they try to take some of the hexes of the players

Jason has said a couple times the only hexes that are not part of the stolen lands are in AP3, the top row, and AP5, the bottom row. All the other hexes are available for the Kingdom. Parts of the South Rosland Road are not technically in Brevoy.
Edit: In my game, I made the top row of AP1 also Brevoy, but Oleg's is not. He intentionally built off the main path, and then the path moved to him, but the nobles of Brevoy do not technically have authority over him.

You can claim Oleg's hex and get a free stable, shop and watchtower; it's also a landmark, which gives your kingdom +1 to loyalty.

You can claim Oleg's hex and get a free stable, shop OR watchtower (RRR, pg.8). Nor is it a Landmark, in the sense of the Frog Pond (hot springs) or the Statue of Erastil. The confusion arises because it is a landmark encounter site, meaning anyone entering the hex can freely choose to encounter it or not.

Really? I give my groups landmark bonuses to any hex that says landmark, whether it's by map icon or text....but maybe that's just me.
