This slightly connects to my thread about my sci-fi game below- basically, I'm trying to come up with a template for a psionic succubus. All I can think of is this:

~Large bonus to Constitution, very large bonus to Charisma. (maybe +6 Con +10 Cha?)
~Extra Hit Dice (maybe?)
~Energy resistances/immunities and power resistance as a normal succubus
~Psionic powers, probably as follows: Constant- detect hostile intent, psionic tongues; At-will- read thoughts, psionic charm, psionic ethereal jaunt (self plus 50 lbs. of objects only), psionic greater teleport (self plus 50 lbs. of objects only), vampiric blade; 1/day- psionic dominate, summon (level 3, 1 babau 50%)
~Fly speed, similar to a succubus's.
~Can change shape, energy drain, and bestow profane gift as a succubus.
~Gains darkvision 60' and a +8 Bluff/Perception racial bonus.

Sound good? Bad? Over/underpowered? Just plain dumb?

Honestly, I'd leave the Succubus as is and just switch out its spell-like abilities for psi-like abilities. I don't really see any need to change any of its other stats, unless you're going for a different feel entirely.

or just add the Phrenic Template from the Expanded Psionics Handbook (p.206)
