There seemed to be an explosion of d20 fantasy and modern rpg games when WotC released the fantasy and modern d20 SRDs usable via OGL. Now that Wizards has moved in a different direction with Dungeons & Dragons 4E and the GSL, the only d20-based systems based off the prior SRDs still receiving significant support are the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and Mutants & Masterminds.
Are there others? And what do you think of this shift in d20 games?

How many RPGs at all are receiving significant support? I can count 10 with a generous definition, heck even White Wolf's support for their games is becoming only arguably "significant."
Spycraft is OGL(d20), it's allegedly getting support (as much as most games nowadays...) Many of the OSR games are technically OGL(d20).
But yes, I think Wizards crapping all over the OGL (and cancelling the d20 STL license) has had a chilling effect on it. When d20 was part of an ecosystem with Wizards in it, more folks found it attractive to be in on it; now that Wizards is saying 'screw you we got ours,' more people are going to either their own house system or other major open systems like OGL(FATE).

They are not d20, but Shadowrun and Battletech both still getting plenty of support from Catalyst Game Labs. Call of Cthulhu and Runequest still get decent support, but again are not d20-based. So yeah, I cannot think of any d20-based games other than PRPG and M&M that still get anything more than niche support.

'For now', being the key words in this sentence. The shenanigans were apparently going on for some time and the damage, from what I hear, runs deep.
Hopefully they'll pull out of it, but my 2ed Shadowrun GM, who spends at least some time on the dumpshock forums has expressed concern.

Wow, people like reading and believing the rumors and not the official press releases that Catalyst has put out and can be read on their own website. They are doing fine and publishing books on schedule and have renegotiated the rights to publish both games with the company that owns the licenses. They are not going anywhere because the damage done by the former execs has been successfully separated from the company itself. Here is the press release about the license extension.

And some people like sticking their heads in the sand, care to read a press release about how Enron is going to pull out of it's financial troubles? They're out there.
I'm not saying I want Catalyst to fail, I like Shadowrun. And I'm sure the company is going to do everything they can to salvage things. That doesn't mean they will be successful and there are legit fans and freelance contributors expressing concern.

Mongoose's Conan would likely have been supported still, but the licence is the issue there, not their the OGL or d20.
Which is sad, because that was a very well done system. Honestly, if I could have found a local group playing I would have been hard pressed to choose between Conan RPG and Pathfinder.
