I came up with this idea, inspired by the bombs and grenades subjects.
Please tell me what you think, anything else I should consider ? Would a Dart of Acid (based on Acid Arrow) be an option?

It is consumed in the attack.

Note: The name fling refers to a single weight with a short cord. Treated as a Simple Light Thrown Weapon with the stats of a "Blunt javelin", weight 2 lbs.

I was exploring a one-shot version built with Craft Weapons & Armor instead of the "fill all the rest" Craft Wonderous Item category. I don't hate it or anything, I just enjoy the variant options.

*shrug* It is kind of funny that the javelin is printed as a weapon and the necklace as a wondrous item. You could re-flavor it however you want but as long as the effect is the same I don't think it matters. The only possible difference is with weapons you might have to deal with proficiency.
I might suggest "Boomerang of Booms" rather than the fling of fireballs.

Actualy my first take was a Fireknife (Starknife) or a Fire Bola but I figured I should keep it Simple Thrown-Only kind.
I'd use a Boomerang of Boom with Shout!
