I'm thinking of starting a tabletop Kingmaker campaign at some point in the near future (read: within a couple months, or so), and am running short on players. If you live in/near Tulsa, and are interested, post here and we can go from there. Any level of (RPG-playing) experience is cool; newbies are welcome, as are fellow grognards.
I'm interested in using PF Core exclusively, including the upcoming Advanced Player's Guide. I'm a fair and creative GM; I've run quite a few homebrewed campaigns over the years (2E, 3.5E, and others) and am quite experienced.
I am, however, fairly new to Pathfinder--I've known of its existence for a little less than a year, now--but have been "test-running" it, and am confident that I can do it well. I've taken a five-year hiatus from GMing (the last campaign I ran was when I lived in NorCal, 3.5, and reached low-epic levels), but am eager to start back up.
Thank you for your time.

Ah, found all the Tulsa gamers on Facebook! I'm pretty happy that I got to handpick from a large variety of Tulsa gamers! This request for Tulsa gamers is now closed--as I now have all my Kingmaker players--but, if you're in Tulsa and are interested, feel free to post here. I'll check this thread periodically to see if there's any Tulsans looking for a little PF action!

I will be in Tulsa around Feb 24th to march 19th. I know this is an old post but i am wondering if you still are in search of players.
Wow . . . I didn't even see this post you made in December. I apologize!
It seems you've come and gone; I wish I would've seen this sooner. New players are always a plus.
As far as my group goes, there's me (GM) and 5 players. We're slowly playing Kingmaker (a couple marriages and pregnancies slowed things down, heh).
Again, sorry I didn't notice this before.

Howdy!
I've been looking for a group to play with since moving back to Tulsa.
I've never played Pathfinder (just a tiny bit of experience playing D&D 4e), but I've wanted to for a while.
As your campaign is running, I understand that you wouldn't need another player, but I'm curious if you could share any information on how you found a group.
Thanks!

I'd have to say that I had the most headway into actually forming a group here in Tulsa by starting at OKGamers.com; I met a couple guys through there and connected via Facebook, and rounded out the rest of my group from there (random info, but the two original guys I connected with didn't end up joining my group; it was three others, my wife, and her friend, in the end).
I think there's a lot more Pathfinder (and D&D, and other RPG) players in Tulsa than I had originally thought. This makes me very happy, although I wish I had the time to run more games (my daughter just turned 1 and I've got another child due in October, heh).
EDIT: One of the guys in my group is actually running his own Pathfinder game, as well; perhaps they're looking for another player. Also, I'm not averse to meeting more local gamers. Are you on Facebook?
