Damaged Books - when is claming a new copy justified

Customer Service

Hello,

today my June shipment arrived.
The box looked like it took some "rough handling" and one corner of
each book was a little bent / compressed / ..

On the softcovers it doesn't really bother me (and is only apparent
if you look for it - but the "damage" on the GM Guide is, because it's
a really nice looking hardcover, a little bit annoying.

So my question is - when is sth "damaged enough" to entitle me to a
replacement - and what degree of damage "ok".
I ask because as an european customer (and the long way the shipment hast to travel) I guess I have to expect that the product does not always
get to me in a perfect prestine condition.

Thanks -
and the books are great :-)

I suggest you send an email to Customer Service with a picture of the damaged item and go from there. That's what I did and I have a replacement copy coming to me in my next shipment.
