[4WFG] Albion Armitage's Astounding Arsenal now available!

Product Discussion

At long last, Albion Armitage's Astounding Arsenal is finally available! It can be found at our DriveThruRPG store and Your Games Now store now, and should soon be available here at Paizo.com. It is also available for order via print-on-demand at our Lulu.com storefront.

AAAA had extensive playtesting, and it was demo'ed at MisCon 24 to much success. Here's the back cover text:

A dying man uses his last ounce of strength to hand you a map. A magical map, showing the way to Albion Armitage's Astounding Arsenal - a mysterious and oft-disbelieved weapons arsenal that not only changes locations, but even moves from one plane of existence to another. Some say it even moves from one reality to another...

Only those with a map can reach the arsenal, and it's up to you to succeed where the first courier failed. But there are those who are willing to do anything to get that map - can you avoid the villains who would stop you at any cost?

Albion Armitage's Astounding Arsenal is an action-packed fantasy adventure designed to challenge a party of four to six 8th - 10th level characters. Information on scaling the adventure for higher or lower level parties is included.

Also included are battle maps, NPC stats, two new creatures, and a wide assortment of new magical and mundane weapons and armor.

"The Arsenal is real, my young friends. But even the best equipment doesn't make you immortal. Remember that..."

Hopefully it'll be up here very soon. I submitted it last night. :)

For July, August & September, look for some more additions to our GM's & Player's Aid line of PDFs, as well as errata and web enhancements for earlier releases.

Our next larger project will be Tattoo Magic, coming in October. Tattoo Magic is being written by Rogan Hamby and Sean O'Connor.

In November will be our Tome of Monsters, by Katheryn Bauer, Sean O'Connor and Connie J. Thomson.

Finally, in December will be the Apothecary's Handbook, by Connie J. Thomson.

Cool cool, so when do we see the My Little Ponites and cheese burger kitties books to go along with the doggy style book you already did? :)

We are actually in negotiations with a well known author of pets/animals books, who also happens to be a gamer, to write the next two installments of the Phantasia Zoologica line. I'll let you guys know as soon as we have finalized the deal. :D

That would be cool.

Between his 5-star review, and the 5-star review we got on Phantasia Zoologica I: Dogs yesterday, this has been a fantastic week!

It's that sort of thing that makes it all worth it.

That and sales. :P

I am just waiting to get it here. I like supporting paizo... even if that means I can't post reviews of your stuff on drivethru

Perfectly understandable. I was hoping it would be available here by now.

I'll be picking it up here too, assuming it's at the 4.99 price point it is over at drivethrurpg.

It is now available here at Paizo.com!

You will always find our PDFs universally priced, so no matter where you see them they will be the same price (not counting special, limited time only sales).

Yes, he did. :D While Sean's been a designer on a number of our products, this is his first one that was all his.

Yeah, my contribution have been strange and varied but I love working for Rob and Connie and working with them to make 4WFG the brand it is, is just an absolute privilege.

I think my largest contribution before AAAA was in Paths of Power.

That or Gear & Treasure, I think.

Just to add something - the print version from Lulu is a fantastic piece. It just looks great, though the PDF has the edge with the color maps.

We got our small stock of print copies in this afternoon. They do look really nice. :D

We have made minor corrections on 4 pages in Albion Armitage's Astounding Arsenal:
p.6 - 75% human instead of 95% human
p.16 & 17 - changed "dryad" to "nymph" in the random encounter table final entry.
p. 39 - changed the critical multiplier from x3 to x2 on the warbrand

If you have already purchased the adventure, you should soon get a notice from Paizo that an updated version is available for download.
