Beast-Wrestling Style for rangers

On page 97 of Dragon Magazine #326, there's a new combat style for rangers called « Beast-Wrestling ». Is there an equivalent for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game?

Not that I'm aware of. However, I know Gun metal gmaes has a Ranger based pdf with new fighting style choices. I believe its called Rangers Renewed
