I've just finished reading the Sagava companion and was very impressed.
Hopefully we will see a companion for the various nations show on the schedule soon.
I, too, just finished reading the Sargava book. It was well done and I like the direction they have taken with this line. I also like how they have tied in no less than three product lines with Sargava: Lost Colony, Heart of the Jungle and the Serpent Skull AP.
I was hoping we would see the same effort at tying in product lines with the new fiction line sporting a book in the frozen north. Alas, no such luck as Erik has expressed that there will be little coverage for the next couple of years.

While we don't have many plans to do much with the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, we WILL have an additional 2 pages of content about this region in the upcoming revision to the Campaign Setting hardcover.
And there's actually some more information about the region in "Into the Darklands," as there are some important links between the Darklands and the Mammoth Realms.

Have I heard correctly that hardcover campaign setting revision has been pushed to February 2011?

If we can get it out sooner than that, we will. We haven't officially announced any delays yet but it's going to be delayed by a certain amount of time as resources needed to be re prioritized to other projects. (Releasing big hardcover books requires a LOT of those resources, from design to development to editing to layout to shipping to printing to warehousing.)
