[Blackbyrne Publishing] I submitted my application, now what?

I read the license, agreed to it's terms and submitted my application, but don't actually remember filling out an application.... Am I supposed to wait for an email and answer questions then? Do I get a file with the appropriately sized logos in them? These questions weren't in the FAQ (and I sort of doubt they aren't frequently asked) so I thought I would post here. If anyone familiar with the 3PP procedure here could answer my questions, I would greatly appreciate it.

At the bottom of the license page you'll see a checkbox and a "Submit Application" button. If you check the box and hit the button, you should be taken to the registry form. (If for some reason you didn't see that, try submitting again.) After filling out the registry, you'll automatically be accepted, and the package of Compatibility logos will be added to your My Downloads page.

Thanks, I will give it another shot because nothing happened when I clicked submit.
