I know this may be blasphemy but I was wondering how people might stat the monster in Wow called the Devourer of Souls for Pathfinder?
Does anyone remember the Dowagu? How might that be stated for Pathnifer?
Thanks
I left WoW before the second addon, so could you be a bit more specific what monster you mean? I have the Manual of Monsters from the WarCraft RPG and the Monster Guide from the WoW RPG, unless it was invented after they took the license away from Arthaus it (or another version of it, WoW used reskins pretty often) could be statted for D&D 3.5.

Hm. He could force shield other onto people as a supernatural action, forcing people to make will saves to shake it off. Otherwise, they split damage with him. This'd be his primary tactic inbetween blasts-- he probably has a low AC (~16-17, touch 8?) and fast healing 5 to take advantage of that tactic.
He's a huge creature.
He has one slam attack. If he charges, he gets 2x his strength bonus.
Probably has a flight speed of 30ft. (perfect).
Can breath weapon a cone of souls that does negative energy damage.
Probably has an at-will ranged attack that does like 2d8 negative energy damage and 1 con damage.
Can summon 1d3+1 shadows as a spell-like ability.
CR 10?
Devourer has no changes in tactics when he switches 'faces' like Reliquary, so it's superfluous.

Interesting thought, not sure what CR you had in mind, so I'll make the Devourer CR 12. This is something of a boss encounter so it would be a bit tougher than the standard CR12, possibly a 13.

Toughness
As for its abilities, I'd do something like this:
Special Attacks:
Phantom Bolt : Using an attack action, target one character and make a ranged touch attack, if successful, the character is hit with a bolt of greenish energy which deals 12d6 negative energy damage. Range 500ft.
Mirrored Soul: As a swift action, target one character that is hit with a wispy ray of red light, this character can make a will save (DC 21, success negates), if failed 50% of all damage taken by the Devourer of Souls is transferred to the targeted PC, this effect lasts 1d6 rounds and is usable up to 3 times per day. Only one Mirrored Souls can be in effect at one time.
Well of Souls: Using a Full round action, the Devourer leaps toward a target within 30 feet dealing 3d6 on a successful hit, once it lands it creates a Well of Souls which summons 2d6 wraiths the following round. This ability is limited to once per day.
Wailing Souls: Using a full round actions, the Devourer calls upon the raw power of the negative energy plane to focus a massive beam of energy at one character. Divide the play area into quadrants and select one character, the targeted character and all other characters within the same quadrant must make reflex saves (DC 17 for half) or take 12d6 damage.

Thank you everyone for your posts.
Raitin, thank you for your work in converting the monster. I think it might make a good guardian monster, something at the end of a dungeon guarding a powerful magical treasure.
Your stats will be very helpful. I also think It would be either very nice to have a monster that the players havn't seen before, or if they do recognize it, they probably won't have an idea as to how it was converted.
Thanks again.
