As part of an effort to drum up readership for my Pathfinder blog, Intelligence Check, I'm making mention here of some of the new rules I've posted over there. Go for the new crunch, check back periodically for the good reading (and occasional new rules).
This particular set of rules is for 0-level NPCs (though PC's get mentioned, also). Besides providing a basic stat block (just swap the race out if you don't want them for humans), there's also a FAQ on the how's of 0-level that the stat block doesn't make obvious. Check it out here:
