Sorcerers already get Bluff as a class skill - what about replacing it with Perception, since Medusae already have a racial bonus to it?

I'm fairly certain that if we gathered all of the art for medusas from every version of the game and put them all side-by-side, well over half would be of the drop dead gorgeous variety. Heck, check out the one in the Pathfinder Bestiary! :D
