It comes out on the other map, in the caves behind the waterfall, just behind the secret door behind the "new" barracks.
The upper left hand map has an indicator: "to B37".

Oh yeah! Thanks!! I forgot to reference the actual hardcopy image. I was looking at the PDF image after I had copy/pasted it into Maptool, which doesn't reveal the 'TO' markings.
