2.5 questions on dervish dance:

1) can a non qadira faction character take this feat (did not list faction affiliation as a req.)

2) the feat says you cannot have a weapon or shield in the other hand, but can you have a object in your hand and still have the feat apply (wands, potion, ect.)

if so

2.5) since you cannot have use a two handed weapon one handed, if you had a longbow in one hand, could you still apply the feat?

just want to make shure this is legal before I build the caracter.

Yes. You only need to meat the feat's prerequisites to take the feat, and being a member of the Qadira faction is not one of those prerequisites.

You can have an object that's not a weapon or a shield in your off hand. This includes wands or potions or anything that's not a weapon or shield. A longbow is a weapon; even though you can't use it, technically you wouldn't be able to gain the benefit of this feat if you had one in your off hand but some GMs might hand-wave that since you can't really use a longbow with one hand. For Pathfinder Society play, though, it's best to adhere strictly to the rules, in which case—no longbow in the off hand.
