Dear Customer Service,
I've sent two emails out regarding this but haven't heard back from anyone. This was regarding an issue with my bank declining transactions.
I called my bank and they do not see where they declined any transactions. The error occurred last Thursday by your emails. The banking agent I spoke with said that I would need to get you to try the transactions again.
Let me know what I need to do to get this cleared up.
