First in our line of Player Races, High Goblins are a new races for players that want to play something other than humans or demi-humans. High goblins possess all the flavor of a goblin but possesses racial traits inline with races from the core book. Download now from RPGNow.com and soon from Paizo.com.

Awesome new product! I quite enjoyed it, and hope it's indicative of things to come!
My one question: high goblins seem superior to normal goblins in every way, save for the fact that normal goblins gain a +4 racial bonus to Ride and Stealth checks (on top of the bonus for being Small, in the case of Stealth). Any particular reason why high goblins don't gain those bonuses, instead having +2 to Perception and Stealth?

Stealth was bumped down to a +2 for high goblins because goblin PCs could be massively cracked out for stealth with little effort. A level 1 goblin rogue could have +4 size bonus + a +4 racial bonus + 1 skill ranks + 3 for a class skill gives a +12 bonus before adding in the Dex bonus (which could easily be a +6 thanks to the racial bonus). A 1st level PC with a +18 to stealth (without feats or magic items) is rather broken. Reducing the racial bonus for high goblins to +2 isn't going to tip the scale much but still allows it to retain the flavor of a goblin.
We decided on a Perception bonus instead of a Ride bonus because a leader among goblins would be respected more if they could find food more readily than other goblins. The "workers" would be sent to ride out and get the food. Ride was cut because we felt that the high goblins had enough and an additional skill bonus would be to much by that point.
We are considering releasing one or two a month. Each being some race that people would like to play but are not balanced against the human/demi-human races. We're considering kobolds, minotaurs, lizardfolk, some kind of dragon race, vampires, celestials/demons/devils, and similar. Any of these you might be interested in? Any suggestions?

Being naive - is the $0.99 minimum policy or system limitation on here to sell a product? Or perhaps it has everything to do with eating into the amount of the percentage that has to go toward the credit card vendor (Visa, MC, etc) and thus not financially feasible?
I believe it has to do with credit card vendors, but I do not know for sure.
