I know that Perram has made an excellent utility for printing your own spellcards, but frankly I prefer my cards on real card stock. Any plans from Paizo to release cards with the relevant spell info on them? Those spells with too much text on them to fit on just one card would obviously have to either have their rules text summarized briefly (removal of redundant text) or split into multiple cards.

Official cards are nice, but I truly love what Perram has done. It warms my heart to see fan work of this quality. If anything, I would say Perram should work with Paizo to make something official instead of cutting such talent out of the equation.
Agreed. I personally prefer fan-based options like this because while I appreciate the fine folks at Paizo there's just no comparison to the speed at which a fan can update these sorts of things. A week or so ago Perram had made at least a half-dozen or more tweaks to the cards in one day, all based on feedback from us.
Plus, I can always print on card stock if I like.. so, not seeing the real appeal there (oh and this is free to print a million times, well other than the cost of the ink of course) whereas if you went to the store and bought a pack of spell cards you'd get one set of X cards and when you spilled something on them, or bent one beyond repair, or put notes on one, etc, you'd have to go buy another set. Then, when Paizo releases new spells, you're buying new cards again. In the case of Perram's cards he can just add them in and you print at your leisure.
So, in short, +(a lot) to Perram.

Thanks for the support for my application, everyone. I really appreciate it.
I can't say that I wouldn't love an official set of Pathfinder spell cards supported by Paizo's amazing artists, but the main reason I created my application is because of the delay and slow speed of similar works out there.
My application also allows you to custom generate cards for any spell, not just the ones that are pre-loaded.
Take a look at the 4e Power Cards products, for example. They release at an extremely slow pace compared to the books they support. Printing off just the powers you need using the character builder is a much better alternative.
And while there are currently other fan products out there for spell cards (which is awesome, keep up the good work!) As well as some for sell on RPGNow, despite the game having been released for 8 months... none of them were ever completed to the point of supporting all the core spells.
I'm worried that an official product would have the same problem. For example, just printing the core rulebook spells, my application would need to print 822 cards for a complete set.
That would be the equivalent to about 16 decks of item cards!
Now I'm sure that Paizo would do a better job of optimization than my application, so it would probably be a few less cards than that, but it would still be huge! With a cost of... I don't know $80-$120 or more.
I'm constantly working on my application to provide new features and better usability (suggestions more then welcome!) Its a fan project that is 100% free (I make no money on it what-so-ever) and the main idea is that you can customize the cards to be just the ones you need.
I would love for Paizo to release an official batch... but even then I feel that applications like mine would still be needed for the flexibility, customization, and speed of getting them out there.
(Also: If Paizo WAS ever interested in using my application in any sort of official capacity, hey, I'm with it 100%. :) )
(edit: Shameless plug, my application is available at http://www.theGM.org/)

You know, if Paizo did take up such an effort to sell thier cards, they could do them in sets by class, level, or both! 1) This would create smaller sets that are easily managable, and 2) you could cut down the cost of such sets to $5 - $10 a pop! Grant it, your still spending a crap ton of money, but hey, it worth it some times!
On a side note, they could work WITH you and produce products like an OFFICIAL SPELL BOOK. Just something to hold the spell cards printed for your character, and not to mention adding a little bit more of a "real feel" to the game.
Pherram, on yet another side note, have you thought of enableing a way where players/GM's could just print out thier spells in a list format instead of cards? No offence, but its hard sometimes trying to modify my printer settings to keep 9 cards to a page without printing half the cards on two pages lol.

I play and run Pathfinder, and own Pathfinder books, pdfs, pawns, and maps. I also enjoy playing casters, and have probably played wizards more than any other class. So, I'm likely the target audience for spell cards.
I have absolutely no interest in spell cards. I think they would be a terrible waste of money.
