I think you're better off just finding a miniature from reapermini.com that looks similar to you (or your character that you're playing) and then painting it how you'd want. I am just starting to make minis myself from scratch but because of the time you put into a mini and the skill it takes, most people are going to charge you quite a bit to have a custom miniature made. You're likely to find something close to what you look like because there are tons of minis on Reaper, plus other companies.
You can try and contact Mick from Eastern Front Studios He's a good guy and you can mention yuo are a paizonian ;)
He could help you to make a custom mini, thou between the art, sculpting and the casting, it could get bit expensive.

I'm no expert but I would be willing to do this type of commission work but it would be something I'm completely new at. I'm going to finish painting the mini I sculpted recently and then post pictures of a completely done figure...that way people can see what it would turn out like. :o) I think she's going to look nice! I have high hopes!!!
