While developing my Excel character creator, I decided to test it out on some of the Part 6, PC's in the past adventure paths. I noticed several rules inconsistancies on each one I checked (they are big stat-blocks, so I don't fault them for that). I decided to then check the 1st level Kingmaker PC's, and also noticed a few minor inconsistencies.
So I have decided that as an exercise for my character creator in development, and for those that want to play the Kingmaker PC's as per the rules, I would post the corrections now, and after each Part is released.
Part 1 (Pathfinder 31) PC errata:
Amiri:
- no errors
Karsk:
- Knowledge (local) was either meant to be Knowledge (nature), or should be only +1.
Lini:
- Knowledge (nature) should be +6 (+2 for nature sense).
- Has 1 too many 0-level spells prepared.
- The spell DC's are incorrect. Entangle is a DC 13, however when they note this specifically, it's usually to indicate that it is different from the base DC. (10 + spell level + Wis Mod = 13). Cure light wounds (a conjuration spell) should be noted with (DC 14). Stablize is (DC 13).
Sajan:
- CMD should be 16 (10 + 2 Str + 2 Dex + 1 Dodge + 1 Wis AC Bonus)

Lini:

Continuing with the testing of my sheet I was able to fix a few of my own errors in the sheet, but I also found the following errors.
Part 2 (Pathfinder 32) PC errata:
Amiri:
- Acrobatics and Climb skills are +1 too high (+1 Hide Armor applies a -2 armor check penalty).
Karsk:
- Missing his 1, level 1 spell.
- Has 1 too many HP (10+5+6+5 + con (8) = 34)
Lini:
- still missing an additional +2 to Knowledge (nature) for nature sense.
- 0-level spell Stabilize has a DC of 14 since its Conjuration.
- 1st-level spell Cure Light Wounds DC should be 15
- 1st-level spell Entangle is not a conjuration spell, although its DC is listed correct at 14. (However, once again whenever they specifically notate the DC, they infer that it is modified from the default value, which would make the default DC for 1st level spells 13 -- which is incorrect -- they are 14. Spell DC's in all the adventure path PC's always seem to be 1 less than they should -- if someone could explain to me why, I would appreciate it. Save DC = 10 + spell level (1) + ability score (3) = 14.
- 2nd-level spell Flaming Sphere is not a conjuration spell, and should not have its DC specifically noted.
- Too many 2nd-level spells. Should only have 3.
- Sling attack should be +5 (BAB +3, Size +1, Dex +1).
- No obsessive skill chosen/reflected.
Sajan:
- Flurry of Blows should be +4/+4, not +7/+7
- Does not qualify for Spring Attack feat, as pre-req is BAB +4.

By my math Flurry of Blows should be +5; the reason it is listed as +7 is probably that they forgot the TWF penalties.
+4 from BaB, +2 from strength modifier, +1 from using a +1 weapon, -2 from two weapon fighting = +5 total.

I don't think they factored the Temple Sword into the Flurry of Blows attacks (nor did I). Also the Temple Sword damage is wrong as well for its listed attack.
The correct amounts should be:
Flurry of Blows (Temple Sword):
+5/+5 (1d8+3)
+7/+7 (1d8+2) - Listed in book
Temple Sword:
+6 (1d8+3)
+6 (1d8+2) - Listed in book

Here is the latest edition of the PC errata. This was another good test of my character generator and help me fix a few things.
Part 3 (Pathfinder 33) PC errata:
Amiri:
- Flat-footed AC should be +19 (not +13)
Karsk:
- Has too many HP (10+5+6+5+6+5+6 + con(14) = 57)
- Flat-footed AC should be +16 (not +13)
- Concentration should be +6, not +5
Lini:
- Handle Animal skill should be +12, not +14. (+3 trained, +7 ranks, +2 Cha mod)
- DC’s for spells are still a mess. For some reason someone insists on calculating the DC’s incorrectly, and they are still not adjusting spells for Spell Focus (Conjuration). Entangle and Flaming sphere should not require to have the DC’s listed. Stabilize, Cure Light Wounds, neutralize poison and remove disease are all conjuration and should have their DC’s indicated.
- No obsessive skill chosen/reflected.
Sajan:
- Temple Sword damage should be 1d8+4 (not +5)

Here is Part 4 of the PC errata. This test showed that my character generator is working pretty solid now, and only needed 1 small tweak.
Part 4 (Pathfinder 34) PC errata:
Amiri:
- Movement should be 30' (base 30, fast move +10, hide armor -10)
- Hit points should be 110 (12+6+7+6+7+6+7+6+7+6=68 + (Con 3*10 = 30)) + (Favored bonus 1*10 = 10))
- Flat-footed AC should be +22 (not +21). The calculations as listed are correct, but were added incorrectly.
- Damage for the +1 comp longbow should be +6 (+5 str, +1 enhancement)
Karsk:
- All skills are should be +1 higher.
- Hit Points should be 89 (10+5+6+5+6+5+6+5+6+5=59 + (Con 3*10 = 30))
- Does not qualify for the Pin Point Targeting feat until level 11
- +2 too many into favored enemies. (Favored enemy doe not cascade up, +2 per every favored enemy per every increase).
Lini:
- Skill rank calculations for skills are not correct. They need to redo, I could not even figure out how they got to the totals they did.
- Hit Points should be 78 (8+4+5+4+5+4+5+4+5+4=48 + (Con 3*10 = 30))
Sajan:
- Hit Points should be 78 (8+4+5+4+5+4+5+4+5+4=48 + (Con 2*10 = 20) + (Favored bonus 1*10 = 10))
- Monk's Belt should be a "Monk's Robe"
- CMD is +3 too high. I suspect that they are using full BAB to calculate the CMD, however Maneuver Training only applies to CMB and not CMD. (+10 Base, +7 BAB, +3 Str, +3 Dex, +1 Wis, +4 Level 15 Monk
, +2 Deflection, +1 Dodge = 31)
