I have a question concerning the behavior of the cultists in MotLG.
The module appendix, "Rules of the Faith", says that they wear their masks whenever dealing with nonbelievers. The implication is that the acolytes, priests, etc., will remove their masks inside the temple, but it's never explicitly stated.
The closest reference is the "Who's Who?" sidebar on page 13, which clearly implies that the clergy wear their masks at all times?
Anyone willing to share their thoughts or experiences on this?
Thanks!

Thank you for your reply, Jason.
I was unsure about whether the clergy would trust the PCs enough to show their faces. I'm guessing that the other Acolytes would be more comfortable about removing their masks, but the Priests and Heralds would probably keep theirs on in the presence of lower ranking members.
So far, my group is really enjoying the story arc. They loved "Crypt of the Everflame" and we're enjoying the RP possibilities in "Masks."

They way im playing it is that you would never have your mask off infront of anyone a lower rank from yourself.
