OK so this is the feat conversion i have come up with so far;
GRAFTING [ITEM CREATION]
You can apply a certain type of graft to other living creatures or to yourself.
Prerequisite: Heal 5 ranks, Brew Potion
Benefit: You may graft the parts of other creatures to yourself or to others. This covers a wide variety of grafts and creatures. To create a graft you must have the part you wish to graft, this item counts as part of the raw material cost. Total raw material cost is equal to half base price. The time it takes to graft an item is 1 day per 1000gp in the cost.
Grafting has some special rules but in most ways works like Craft Wondrous Item, use the chart out of the core book to work out costs. One exception you must have the correct item to graft. This item can be obtained by hunting down the creature, chopping off the part. Or it can be grown; with the proper care any item can be grown. Or it can be bought, though such items should for the most part not be allowed to be bought on the open market, and instead sought out buy the grafter, or a group hired by the grafter. General cost for such an item should be CR x 500gp. This is also the amount the item counts for in the raw material cost.
Exception number two, they cannot require a class to use, and they cannot use charges.
Most modifiers granted by grafting should be considered racial modifiers.
Unlike most magic items Grafting can be made faster, when attaching the graft the grafter can choose to force the person getting the graft to sacrifice HP this halves the time it takes to attach. It costs 2 x the caster level of the item in HP to gain this benefit.
Grafts, like worn magic items, take up slots on the body, there are 19 slots on the body; chest, genitals, left arm, left ear, left eye, left foot, left hand, left leg, lower back, mouth, nose, right arm, right ear, right eye, right foot, right hand, right leg, scalp, upper back. Each graft takes up one or more slots on the body
A person can only have one graft per slot. And can only have grafts from a single creature type.
A graft should be treated as part of a creature for the purpose of being brought back from the dead, so a character who is killed and resurrected returns with her grafts intact. A graft is not a magic item. It does not radiate a magical aura once completed, and it does not take up space on the body as a magic item would. A graft can’t be suppressed with dispel magic, nor is it affected by an antimagic field or similar effect.
Growing extra parts: growing and building extra parts for grafting requires the correct skills and time. This works just like crafting items, the DC equals 15 + the DC of the creature. The cost of the item equals the CR x 500gp. Any creature part take Craft (Alchemy) and any other parts take Craft (Appropriate ability).
