Dreamscarred Press' attempt at a Pathfinder Psionics update is up on their forums for Pathfinder in the alpha versions for the classes as well as the feats and skills. 1st-3rd level powers too.

Nothing's in a final version yet, and there's still ongoing debate on just how best to update Soulknives, but it's there for the downloading.
