Yes, the first time (only the first time) you run a scenario you report one of your characters as playing it.
Or is that already assumed for the first time a GM reports a particular scenario?
Since you can have a number of active characters no assumptions can be made.

Unless you have already received credit for the same scenario as a player. But I think that was implied in the question.

The trick is to have a bunch of children and swear a blood oath. If you die a mysterious death or are generally lazy, then at least one of them will feel obligated to complete it. (or be cursed... forever)
