I'm looking into it right now. As soon as I finish I'll load it into an errata file and update the file. Thanks for pointing this out!
EDIT: I see what happened... the file didn't flatten when grouped. Fixed it, and included an errata txt file. You should be able to see the errata file from the purchase page, and any time it's updated it'll show the new date. Hope this helps...uploading now.
