There seems to be a gap in my subscriptions, is Council of Thieves 6 and Kingmaker 1 shipped?

The same thing happened to me. Cosmo took care of it pretty quickly. I am not sure what the problem was.

It looks like the order isn't processing correctly. If you could please visit your My Subscription page to make sure your payment method and shipping address for combined subscriptions are correct. Please shoot us an email when you have verified and/or updated your information, we can make sure it gets processed.
