Min/Maxing is so over done. I think it's time to start a new trend. In this thread, we will try to create the most underpowered character possible. Using 25 point buy, and any sourcebook you'd like, try and create the weakest 10th level character imagineable. Someone so weak, that they have trouble lifting the milk carton out of the fridge.
