VIG at Gen Con....

Hello,

Was wondering if you guys were going to partake this year in the VIG program? I know last year WoTC put in a copy of Monster Manual 2 but of course I have no use for that.

I guess though in theory I would have no use for any of the books you guys have either since I have subscriptions for everything. Just thought it would be cool to get a item from PAZIO.

We have many things budgeted for Gen Con and supporting the VIG lounge isn't in that budget this year, unfortunately. The past two years we sponsored the VIG lounge itself (providing all of the food and drinks) but the cost for that sponsorship went up this year and became prohibitive. Instead, this year, we're sponsoring the show itself rather than anything specific.

A little of topic, but maybe this is worth mentioning.

Paizo's sponsoring of NASCRAG is what made my wife decide that she wanted to go to PaizoCon this year. She is very much looking forward tot he event.

No position on how and what you sponsor, but what you have done, has had an effect.

We've done that for several years running, actually. I haven't heard from them yet this year, but I'm sure I will. :-)
