Its a beautiful day in Minnesota to grill a brisket for my son's graduation party tonight. Its an interesting routine, flip, mop, read paizo posts, repeat.

Actually, I can't wait to have pizza with wurstel. There's a little pizza shop in the city where we're staying that has it, and somehow the German sausage on traditional Italian pizza is fantastic.
