You can select text in IE if you remove "DISPLAY: table;" from #body in prd-template.css.

Has this been implemented/tested? It looks like I can select text in IE now.

It also screws up placement of the page content once the menu expires. (Not that I care, I use FF.)

Same here, FF only (well Chrome occasionally but FF 99% of the time).
