new subscriber -- question about order

Hey,
I recently subscribed to the Pathfinder Adventure Path. I'm interested in getting and running Kingmaker.

What I noticed in my queue, however, confuses me:

I can understand getting council of thieves 6 if Kingmaker isn't ready when my subscription starts, but why is #4 in there?

Having half (or less) of council of thieves isn't really useful to me. Also, I'm not really planning on running it (in fact I am in a council of thieves campaign as a player).

Can someone straighten this out? My ideal order would begin with the kingmaker stuff.

The way that our subscriptions work is that at any given time we give you the choice between two issues to start with, the current issue or the next issue. Right around the time of the transition between two issues, subscriptions occasionally send you the current and skip the next one, which I believe is why your account shows you getting 28 and then 30.

If you'd like to start with the first issue of Kingmaker you would want to start your subscription when issue #31 becomes an option (sometime in February once we've started to ship AP#30).

The simplest solution I think is to have you resubmit the subscription order and choose to start with #30 or wait until February to resubmit the subscription order so you can choose to start with issue #31.

I see that you've cancelled my AP subscription order and kept my chronicles order. That's perfect! I'll resubmit my AP order in February. Thanks for straightening this out!
