Order 1138370 and Holiday 10% Promo

Hey guys!

I have an order pending: #1138370. I just recieved an e-mail reminding me I can take 10% off for the Holiday Promo, which I completely forgot about when I was placing this order. I'd like to apply the promo to this order but I'm not sure how to do so.

I just received Dwarves of Golarion as a gift, so I need to remove it from my pending order listed above (#1138370).

How do I do that??? I don't actually see a 'remove' option ...
