I have for years been fascinated by the idea of an campaign centered around the idea of shadow magic, the shadow plane, and other shadow themed concepts.
So, I am just throwing the idea out there. Scattered throughout the 3.5 books there were many of these spells, classes, monthers, etc. including the Tome of Magic which had full and prestige classes.
Help me keep the shadow from enveloping Golarion.

I am assuming that is a 4e thing from the DDI? I want a Pathfinder thing and I am not a subscriber to DDI. I passed on 4e and do not plan to change my mind about that. I am loving Pathfinder in a big way and at this point I plan to be loyal to the brand. I have really quit buying most products that are not PRPG.

Nah, it was back in 322. We totally have copies right here. Actually, if you're into the Shadow Plane, this would be right up your alley.
As for a themed Adventure Path, we're probably not going to go to that well for a good long while for two reasons. First, the Council of Thieves AP has some elements of that in the first few adventures. Second, the Shadow Plane just doesn't have much going for it. Yeah, it's a spooooky dark place, but there's not much of anything there. We've been seeding in elements with kytons and Zon-Kuthon, but even those ideas are pretty indistinct, nothing like the life and detail we have in any country actually in Golarion. And really, with as many cool places on Golarion to explore, it's going to be a good long time before we start looking to other worlds or planes for adventures. I'm not saying it can't or won't happen, just that its a ways down the line.
That being said, shadow monsters are cool, so keep an eye on the Council of Thieves AP, especially those volumes Bestiaries. Your tastes should be well served.

Hey Wes...
If not a Shadow Plane themed AP... then what about an Adventure Path that takes places (in and around) the region of Nidal? That would (likely) have Plane of Shadow influences, parts 5 or 6 (or maybe parts 5 AND 6) could have the PCs going to the Plane of Shadow to take the fight right to the BBEG, and in part 5 Sean could give us a great detailed write-up of Zon-Kuthon's religion, history, (how he was once Dou-Bral, brother to Shelyn), and all the other deity goodness (badness?) that he's capable of.
EDIT: Umm... oops. Looks like CotCT already had that in its own part 5 (aka #11).
Well... okay... the stuff about Zon-Kuthon wouldn't be needed, but a Nidalese-themed Adventure Path would still be awesome. Thoughts?

To echo Wes... there's actually a pretty big dose of shadow element going on in Council of Thieves. In fact, the major secondary plot arc has all sorts of things to do with that and Nidal and a certain shadowy bad guy.
Ooohh.. Okay.
I knew there was the whole underlying shadow beasts/plot element going on in Council of Thieves... nice to know (or is that interesting to note) that it has (possible) farther reaching plots that involve Nidal...
But thanks for chiming in James.
So... if nothing for Nidal... howzabout the frigid north gets some AP lovin'? Linnorm Kings vs. Irrisen Witches? Hmm?
Well... this is called Adventure Path ideas... (right? that is what this thread was called)?
