HI, I am having some troubles using the holiday coupon, here is the scenario:
1341149 is my monthly shipment
1340459 is another order I placed using the holiday coupon.
I made 1340459 ship with my subscription order 1341149 and the holiday discount went away from the non subscription items.
So, one of the following is true:
1) The holiday coupon cannot be used if I use the ship along with monthly subscription option (btw I LOVE this shipping method, I don't know when it was added but I have wanted this for years!).
2) The holiday coupon should have been applied to non-subscription/non-preorder items, but due to a software glitch it didn't happen.
3) I screwed up somewhere along the way.
If #1 is true, can you remove the coupon from that order so I can place a different order (and buy different stuff than 1340459) use the coupon?
If #2 is true, can you fix it? I want my discount :)
If #3 is true, sorry, I still want my discount, what do I do?
