Ok I am new to this, as this is my first post ever. I own the the rpg but because of my lack of being able to read the rules. Don't misunderstand me I can read I just don't ever understand the rules until I play and now that all my friends are gone I don't really have anyone to play with. I'm looking to convert Dragonlance 3.5 to pathfinder as I find it to be the easiest one to do this two. Dragon lance will always be the best campagin setting and to alot of my friends the most known. But because I'm sure there are smarter folks out there I'm looking for advice on how to do this. Also Pathfinde should buy the liecense to DragonLance as wizards of the coast gave up on it long ago. Just a thought.

You might want to look at the product The Genius Guide to the Dragonrider. While not specifically for DL, it is pertinent. As for Paizo buying the license, won't happen. They have already stated that they aren't going to look at licensed products for a long time, if ever. They have been burned in the market before, by WotC.
As for fan stuff, pretty much just substitute out PF stuff to DL stuff. The Nobel class needs conversion, but you should be able to use allot of rules as is. For the Knight base class, look at the Advanced Player's Guide Playtes, for the cavalier. You could use the Knight class from the Tome of Secrets.

Converting is a great way to learn the rules as you go, because you have to read and translate.
For kender, I'd just use halfling stats and perhaps increase the bonus on saves vs. fear effects, maybe even make them immune to fear effects (see the paladin class feature). To balance it out, maybe take away the general bonus on all saves as a start, and maybe a -2 on Charisma (kender can be annoying to other races).
For irda, I'd create a new race from scratch, as PF ogres are too powerful to be a 1st-level PC race, and don't really fit the bill anyway. Ditto for minotaurs. As for how to do this exactly, I'm not sure, but I'd start with half-orcs as a template and go from there. These 2 might not be appropriate as PC races after all.
Elves and dwarves work as is; the differences between the silvanesti and qualinesti seem to be mostly cosmetic. Maybe some modifications for gully dwarves are in order, as they are more agile and less charismatic than hill dwarves in general.
I really enjoyed the Chronicles (never could get into the various other series), and I agree that something should be done with the setting. Good luck!

What do you want to convert from Dragon Lance?
I would find the best 3.0/3.5 source and convert from there. Kender were updated to 3.0 in one of the "Tales" books a collection of short stories also the "Anvil of Time" adventure was updated into 3.0 in that same book.
As I recall the Kender taunt became an opposed roll bluff check for the effect to occur.
