I send this email last wednesday, but had some problems with the internet-connection - so maybe it never arrived
Sorry if you get this the second time.
It seems that one part of the subsription-order 1269725 has gone missing. It was send in two parts according to the shipping-emails from 24. November 2009. On 9. December 2009 package 1 from this order arrived (Pathfinder Bestiary, Map pack extradimensional spaces, Seekers of secrets), but the second package has not shown up until today. I have got even the next subscription-shipment (1319382) last on 2. January 2010.
The missing package contains:
Pathfinder GM screen
Adventure path #27
Book of the damned, Vol 1
Cities of Golarion
Flip-Mat: Pathfinder Lodge
Is there a chance it will be extrem late ?
If not, could you please send me a replacement.

The shipping estimate is 9-36 business days. Some times packages can get through in 9 days and sometimes they take the full 36. The outside estimate for the delivery times is about January 20th. Postal estimates are approximate windows for when delivery should take place, however, customs delays or weather, or other things can make the delivery time longer.

We find that packages are rarely "lost" permanently, although they can take quite a long time to show up, especially if for some reason they are being returned to us as "undelivered".
I've set up replacements for these items and they will ship with your next subscription shipment (in February I believe). If they arrive in the meantime, let us know so we can cancel the replacements.thanks,
