Where's Karzoug's +4 shield bonus coming from? I don't see an active shield spell in his prepared list.

He's got a quickened version of shield prepared. It's one of his 5th level spells.

It's the magic wall that says "awesome" which springs up any time someone is foolish enough to attack him.
